It will contain your ACH Direct Deposit Authorization and W-9 for completion. Please complete those documents within 48 hours of receiving them so we can process your disbursements without delay.

Owner acknowledgments

I understand the management fee is 8% of rent collected and no fee is charged during vacancy periods. I understand utilities must remain active and in my name during vacancy periods. If utilities are not active, Elite Home Management may establish service and all associated costs will be billed to me as owner. I understand Elite Home Management may complete repairs at or below the maintenance threshold without prior notice to me as owner in order to prevent further property damage. I understand that attorney fees, court costs, and all legal expenses related to evictions or legal proceedings are my sole responsibility as property owner. I understand that if I provide appliances, I am responsible for maintaining them throughout the tenancy unless otherwise agreed in writing. I have read and I agree to the Property Management Fee Schedule and Policy Addendum incorporated into my agreement with Elite Home Management LLC, by Bradford Elite Real Estate, License No. 9015453.
